I am fully aware that participating in this moped rally involves inherent risks, dangers, and hazards. These risks include, but are not limited to: traffic conditions, weather conditions, mechanical failure, collisions with other vehicles, pedestrians, or stationary objects, and road hazards. I understand that these risks may result in property damage, serious physical injury, or death. I voluntarily assume all such risks associated with my participation in this event.
In consideration of being permitted to participate in this event, I hereby completely release, waive, and discharge the event organizers, hosts, sponsors, volunteers, and property owners (collectively, the "Releasees") from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, while participating in the rally, regardless of whether such loss is caused by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise.
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and attorney fees, that they may incur due to my participation in this event, whether caused by the negligence of Releasees or otherwise.
I agree to follow all traffic laws, speed limits, and safety regulations applicable to operating a motorized bicycle/moped in this jurisdiction. I acknowledge that I am responsible for ensuring my vehicle is street-legal and mechanically safe to operate.
In the event of an injury or medical emergency, I authorize the organizers to secure emergency medical treatment on my behalf. I assume full responsibility for all medical expenses incurred as a result of my participation.
I agree to wear a properly fitted and fastened motorcycle or DOT-approved helmet at all times while operating my vehicle during this event.
I agree that I will not operate a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other impairing substances. I acknowledge and agree that the event organizers reserve the absolute right, at their sole and final discretion, to deny my participation, suspend my riding privileges, or remove me from the event at any time if they believe I am intoxicated, impaired, or otherwise unfit to safely operate a moped.
By registering through the event registration form, I confirm that I have read this Liability Waiver and Release Form, fully understand its terms, and agree to be bound by them. I understand that I am giving up substantial rights, including my right to sue, and intend my agreement to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
